It was very hot there, I drank 4 litres of water during the day. A great show to see, with something for everyone. Over a thousand exhibits. That V6 100e in the pics was a very well put together car, a credit to its' builder.

Wilkie, I agree. I am from New Hampshire US. I have never seen a 105E. I have only seen one other 100E and it was a hot rod. I met someone in Nova Scotia who had two Prefects. Don

That's interesting but when I was a kid in the late 1950s and early 60s there were a lot of British cars in general in Vancouver as well as the usual Fords in the mix. On my own block there was my Father's Cortina and 105e, my neighbours cross also had a 105e and up the street was a 100e and two early Anglia and Prefect "sit up and beg" cars.Ducky wrote:Wilkie, I agree.
